Shell scheme converting a redundant unit ready for ft out into a new
Decathlon. Works comprised removing a large planter area, excavating to
reduced levels and creating display area including:

  • Demolishing existing cavity brickwork and installing new curtain walling
  • Forming new lift and staircase openings by removing concrete floor
  • New roof coverings
  • Supply and installation of new signage.


Location – Lloyds Court, Milton Keynes

Client – Palatium Investment Management Ltd

Contract Sum – £7,000,000

Completion Date – June 2019

The refurbishment and redevelopment of Lloyds Court Shopping centre in Central Milton Keynes. The scheme when finished will provide 11,258 m² of retail and restaurant units. The works comprised of a full strip out of internal finishes back to shell including asbestos removal in all areas and included:

  • Formation of new demises using blockwork walls including installation of new staircases, lifts and new ground floor shopfronts
  • Full refurbishment of the existing glazing to the rear and First floor elevations
  • Repairs to Granite facades
  • A new Bauder roofing system
  • Full refurbishment to the Landlords areas to install new LED Lighting, a fully fitted out modern Management Suite and a full revamp to the courtyard areas


Location – Princes Quay Shopping Centre, Hull

Client – Realm

Contract Sum – £6,500,000

Completion Date – June 2018

The creation of a new outlet level shopping mall to the top floor of a live shopping centre with works involving the creation of 40 nr new units and included:

  • Full strip out and demolition
  • Complete replacement of the Mechanical and electrical services
  • New shop fronts throughout
  • Tiling to all mall areas
  • Replacement of feature suspended ceilings
  • New flooring within all of the white box units


Location – Elmsleigh Centre, Staines – New Primark Unit

Client – Maizelands Limited and Arringford Ltd

Contract Sum – £2,200,000

Completion Date – November 2017

Stripping out the Ex BHS unit including removal of floors, ceilings, internal partitions, escalators. Lifts and full M&E services. Creation of shell unit for Primark including:

  • Major structural steelwork and concrete slab to infll previous escalator zone
  • Formation of new lift shafts and openings in structural floors for new escalators
  • Replacement of 4000 sqm of floor screed
  • New shop fronts and glazing
  • New roof coverings


Location – Festival Place, Basingstoke – New Cote Unit

Client – AEW Europe

Contract Sum – £1,600,000

Completion Date – September 2018

Stripping out of an ex Burger King and Fast Eddies restaurants and demolition of party walls to create on big unit. Extension and refurbishment to create shell unit for Cote ft out. Works involved:

  • New drainage
  • Out the ground extension with new footings, ground slab and external walls
  • New roof construction
  • New shop fronts and entrance doors
  • Steel framed structural shell
  • Signage
  • Refurbishment of existing facades

Completion Date – October 2018

Forming a new wind lobby to restrict cold air blowing into main mall areas. Works involved.:

  • Install Steel Frame
  • Install Double glazed auto swing doors and sliding doors
  • Install ACO drain to external threshold
  • Install new barrier entrance matting
  • Install air curtains over external doors
