ABOUT THE PROJECT
One of the UK’s largest Private Care providers, had purchased an ex-council owned, 65 bedroom care home which had been vacant for 5 years.
Fox Construction were awarded with the project to convert this run-down property into a modern Care Facility which included the construction of new wings, an additional floor level being created, entire roof area replaced, external car parking and extensive landscaping, complete Mechanical & Electrical fit-out allowing the conversion of all 49no. new bedrooms to include en-suite facility.
The success of the project has lead to a multitude of repeat business with the client.
