ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client, a very successful London based property developer, tasked Fox Construction with the conversion of an existing office block to 9no. New Luxury Apartments.
Working alongside TV Presenter, Anthea Turner, who performed the interior designs for the apartments, The project was completed on time and with minimal disruption to the tenants of the adjacent buildings whose operations remained live for the duration of the works.
As a consequence we have been awarded Phase II which involves a further 6no. apartments
