The refurbishment and redevelopment of Lloyds Court Shopping centre in
Central Milton Keynes. The scheme when finished will provide 11,258 m² of
retail and restaurant units. which included:
- Full strip out of internal finishes back to shell
- Asbestos removal in all areas
- Full refurbishment to the Landlords areas to install new LED Lighting
- Full revamp to the courtyard areas
- Fully fitted out modern Management Suite
